Registration is required for all childbirth education classes, as class size is limited. All classes are free of charge.
Breastfeeding Basics
If you plan to or are considering breastfeeding, this is the class for you! During this class, you will learn about pumping, storing milk, proper techniques and positions, along with some helpful suggestions for successful breastfeeding. Mothers delivering at BSA will also be provided with lactation support during their hospital stay.

Breastfeeding Support Group
We invite you to attend our Breastfeeding Support Group, designed for mothers who have already delivered. These supportive sessions offer a relaxed space for you and your baby to troubleshoot any breastfeeding challenges you may be facing.
Diabetes Education Class
BSA Nutrition Services offers a free, seven-week diabetic education series. Each session includes a free lunch, providing a relaxed environment to learn and connect with others. Our expert speakers cover a wide range of topics related to living with diabetes, making this class an invaluable resource for anyone with diabetes or those at risk.
